I Am Still Me

Struggles with mental health can make us feel anything but ourselves. Whether it’s depression, anxiety, stress, grief, addiction, trauma, or anything in between, it is so easy to lose sight of who we are. Add the stigma that still exists around these experiences, and it becomes even easier to feel less like ourselves and more like a label. In times like these, tap into those qualities (creative, funny, caring, daring) or activities (crafting, baking, volunteering, reading, watching/playing sports) that remind you of all the wonderful things you are, and remember - you are who you are in the best of ways, and

nothing can ever remove that or take that away. You ARE you. Always.
